• Web project manager ( +2 years experience )
• 6-month fixed-term contract convertible to permanent contract
• The work will be carried out within our agency (Mons) We are ideally located at the WCCM in Mons, 1 minute from the train station and 10 minutes from the city center. ( and very close to the IKEA ^^)
  A private parking of 400 places is located under the building.

Mission:

DiploStudio is growing and new project requests are constantly increasing. That's why we're looking for a new web project manager. Your main role will be to create a web strategy and follow up customer projects by applying our creative process. You'll be the link between the graphic designer, the web designer and the customer, based on the strategy you've developed.

Profile / skills :

• Study and drafting of customer specifications
• Drafting of functional and technical specifications
• Defining and maintaining schedules
• Organization of validation stages at the end of each project phase: design, implementation, budget, execution, follow-up
• Meet our customers and listen to their requests
• Reporting on customer briefs
• Monitor and structure the production of customer projects with the team
• Assist the manager in managing and organizing relationships with service providers (freelancers, suppliers)
• Contribute to the agency's development. ( visibility, networking )
• Fluency in English
• Mastery of the graphics and editorial chain
• Mastering the concept of Design and Digital Strategy
• Mastering the process of a global web project (static site, cms, eshop)
• Passionate ( and exciting )
